Shipping Policy

The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
IMPORTANT :
All orders are shipped within 8-10 working days and it typically takes 10-12 working days for the order to reach if it is custom made.
Please note that the transit time mentioned for delivery is only for ideal scenarios. All our products are authentic and hand made as we work directly from the source. We have to rely on the time taken by the creators so that we can only deliver the best.
 
Shipment processing time
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside of India

Return & Refund Policy

Your purchase is eligible for exchange only if it meets the following conditions: 

 Incorrect size or product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
If the product you have received is damaged. In such a case please do photograph this as soon as you have opened the packaging.
If your order meets the above criteria :
Please make sure to send the following details along with the pictures of the damage within 24 hours of delivery. If not reported within this time frame, we will not be able to refund or exchange it. All returns and exchanges must be in the original packaging with the original receipt.
You may contact us via email at connect@thehouseofartisans.com or call our customer care at +91 9654905757 from Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (IST). We will look into the issue and respond to you within 48 working hours.
A reverse pick-up will be scheduled within the agreed time. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, and original tags/stickers are intact. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns.
Refunds shall be credited back to the account from which the payment was made within a maximum period of 15 days.
